O’Connor enters his 17th season as Quinnipiac’s women’s golf head coach in 2025-26. O’Connor guided Quinnipiac to six Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference championships, including two back-to-back reigns in 2016 and 2017, and three straight from 2021-2023. The Bobcats returned to the NCAA Tournament in 2025, capturing the MAAC Title for the sixth time. O’Connor has been at the helm of the Bobcats’ women’s golf program from its inception after previously coaching the Quinnipiac men’s golf team for three years. O'Connor has received four conference coach of the year awards, most recently in 2025. Since joining the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) in 2013, O'Connor has recruited five MAAC Rookies of the Year in Nicole Scola (2014), Luciana Tobia-Palza (2016), Alexandra Sazhin (2017), Samantha Galantini (2024), and Sophia Fujita (2025), as well as the five MAAC Players of the Year in Tobia-Palza, Sazhin, Leeyen Peralta, Fuge Zhang, and Sophia Fujita. Most recently, the Bobcats saw four golfers named to the All-MAAC Teams in Sophia Fujita, Samantha Galantini, Vaidehi Shah, and Marisa Flores. In the classroom, the team earned APR Public Recognition Awards from the NCAA, has featured more than 60 MAAC Academic Honor Roll selections in four seasons, and has committed hundreds of hours to community service. Devin Markle, Psy.D., M.Ed joined the Quinnipiac Athletic department in the fall of 2021 as the Clinical Sports Psychology Coach. She is responsible for all of the athletic programs and works to create individual, team and coaches workshops related to sports psychology. Markle comes to Quinnipiac with over seven years of experience with working with all athletes, ranging from professional to youth. She most recently was a psychological assistant for the Fulton Psychological Group where she specialized in working with 4 to 18 year olds, counseling for mental health concerns as well as performance psychology. In 2018, she started her own private practice which specialized in helping athletes and business people to reach their highest level of performance. From August 2015 to 2018, Markle served as the Co-Director of Mindset Development at the Mamba Sports Academy. She was responsible for training athletes of all ages and levels and implementing mental skills training with individuals. In addition, she helped design the NBA and NFL Pre-Draft Training Program while working with the Mamba Sports Academy. Markle earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English at the University of Vermont in 2010. She then went on to earn her Master's in Education in Counseling and Sport Psychology from Boston University in 2013. By 2020, Markle had also earned her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University.

Collins is responsible for developing and track the athletic performance for field hockey, women's golf, women's track and field, men's and women's cross country and men's and women's tennis. She also has spearheaded the strength and conditioning department's social media initiatives. Prior to arriving at Quinnipiac, Collins spent five months as a strength and conditioning coach intern at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. She assisted in developing athletic performance of all student-athletes as well as collecting and analyzing data. Collins spent one year as a graduate fellow and strength and conditioning coach at Merrimack College during the 2019-20 school year. She worked primarily with women's soccer, men's tennis and throwers and assisted with women's basketball, men's lacrosse and football. She also assisted in mentoring the interns through an extensive and comprehensive coach and development curriculum and assisted in the development of the graduate fellowship manual. Collins spent her senior season at Trinity College as a strength and conditioning coach intern. He also volunteered and computed statistics at the ECAC Men's Hockey Championship Weekend (2022-2023) in Lake Placid, NY, a 2021 NCAA Men's Hockey Regional in Albany, NY, and the CIAC Boy's Hockey Championships at M&T Bank Arena (2022-2023). The Long Island native graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree. He is currently working toward a Master's Degree in Business
