Women's Soccer Head Coach
Continuity is an essential part of a successful athletic program, and in 26 seasons at the helm of Quinnipiac soccer, Head Coach Dave Clarke has delivered just that. Clarke and the Bobcats currently have several alumni who are playing in the professional ranks. Among the most recent Bobcats who have continued their playing careers are Olivia Scott (Ottawa Rapid FC), Kayla Mingachos (Gil Vicente FC), Emely van der Vliet (NAC Vrouwen), Selena Salas (Elche CFF), Rebecca Cooke (Brooklyn FC), Jess Gargan (Shelbourne FC and 2019 Republic of Ireland National Team), and Aisling Spillane (Peamount FC). Now entering his 27th season in 2025, Clarke has firmly cemented himself as one of the premier college coaches in the NCAA’s highest division. He effectively etched his signature on Quinnipiac soccer by becoming not only the winningest coach in its history but also leading his team to an NCAA Tournament berth in 2000 and a regular-season championship in 2001. In 21 seasons as a head coach, Clarke has a 245-203-47 overall record, which features a 227-169-44 mark while at Quinnipiac. In the 2023 season, the Bobcats earned the #1 seed in the MAAC Tournament, finishing the regular season with a 13-4-1 overall record and a 9-0-1 conference mark. Two one-goal games powered the Bobcats to their second straight MAAC title. The Bobcats went back to the NCAA Tournament, where they faced Ivy League powerhouse Brown. Dana Angelo White, MS, RD, ATC is a registered dietitian, certified athletic trainer, journalist, nutrition and fitness consultant and author of 9 cookbooks. Director of Athlete Mental Wellness & Performance
Devin Markle, Psy.D., M.Ed joined the Quinnipiac Athletic department in the fall of 2021 as the Clinical Sports Psychology Coach. She is responsible for all of the athletic programs and works to create individual, team and coaches workshops related to sports psychology. Markle comes to Quinnipiac with over seven years of experience with working with all athletes, ranging from professional to youth. She most recently was a psychological assistant for the Fulton Psychological Group where she specialized in working with 4 to 18 year olds, counseling for mental health concerns as well as performance psychology. In 2018, she started her own private practice which specialized in helping athletes and business people to reach their highest level of performance. From August 2015 to 2018, Markle served as the Co-Director of Mindset Development at the Mamba Sports Academy. She was responsible for training athletes of all ages and levels and implementing mental skills training with individuals. In addition, she helped design the NBA and NFL Pre-Draft Training Program while working with the Mamba Sports Academy. Markle earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English at the University of Vermont in 2010. She then went on to earn her Master's in Education in Counseling and Sport Psychology from Boston University in 2013. By 2020, Markle had also earned her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University.

Donald Dione returns to the Quinnipiac women’s soccer staff for his fifteenth season. Dione has over 20 years of coaching experience and 22 years of managerial experience in medical research. In 2010, Dione completed his master’s degree mentorship with the women’s soccer team under the guidance of head coach Dave Clarke. Dione’s duties as a volunteer assistant coach included the generation of advanced scouting reports, game analysis, and assistance with operations. Before working with the Bobcats, Dione was the head coach for East Haven High School’s girls’ varsity soccer team from 2001 to 2009. While at East Haven, Dione was the winningest coach in the program’s history, as he guided the team to three state tournament appearances. He played a critical role in the team’s fundraising efforts as well. Additionally, Dione has worked as a head coach at South Central Premier since 2003. In addition to years of coaching experience, Dione holds a USSF National “C” License from the United States Soccer Federation and an Advanced National Diploma from the United Soccer Coaches. Dione recently opened A Step Ahead Soccer, which is the only facility in the state specifically designed to help players develop their dribbling and finishing skills. Senior Assistant Athletic Director, Academic Support
Kristen Casamento enters her first academic year as the Assistant Athletic Director for Academic Support. Casamento will be responsible for Golf, Men's and Women's Tennis and Men's and Women's Soccer. Prior to Quinnipiac, Casamento held the position Academic Advisor and Learning Specialist at the University of Rhode Island. She was responsible for Men's Basketball, Volleyball and Softball. In this position she worked together with student-athletes to educate them on their eligibility and academic progress as well as give them any resources they may need academically. Prior to Rhode Island, Casamento held many positions at Wagner College. Her first position at Wagner was a Graduate Assistant position in academics and compliance. At the same time that she held that position, Casamento was also a Study Hall Coordinator within the department. Once her Graduate Assistant position was over, she stayed at Wagner to become an Assistant Director Academics & Compliance/Academic Resource Coordinator. For her work at her various experiences, Casamento received the N4A Professional Promise Award for Region 1 in 2015, as well as the Diversity Action Council Award by Wagner College for her work with its diverse community of students in 2012. Casamento graduated from Marist with a Dual Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Communications (Concentration in Sports Communication) in 2009. She received a Masters of Education; Mathematics and Special Education from Wagner College in 2011.

Meg Collins enters her first season as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Quinnipiac in June 2021. Collins originally started at Quinnipiac in January 2021 as a strength and conditioning assistant before earning her promotion in June. Collins is responsible for developing and track the athletic performance for field hockey, women's golf, women's track and field, men's and women's cross country and men's and women's tennis. She also has spearheaded the strength and conditioning department's social media initiatives. Prior to arriving at Quinnipiac, Collins spent five months as a strength and conditioning coach intern at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. She assisted in developing athletic performance of all student-athletes as well as collecting and analyzing data. Collins spent one year as a graduate fellow and strength and conditioning coach at Merrimack College during the 2019-20 school year. She worked primarily with women's soccer, men's tennis and throwers and assisted with women's basketball, men's lacrosse and football. She also assisted in mentoring the interns through an extensive and comprehensive coach and development curriculum and assisted in the development of the graduate fellowship manual. Patrick Kraemer was promoted to Assistant Director of Athletic Communications in February of 2024. He was a Graduate Assistant of Athletic Communications from August 2022 to February 2024. Kraemer also worked as a student worker with the Athletic Communications office from September 2018 to May 2022 as he pursued his Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in sports studies. Kraemer currently serves as the primary contact for Women's Basketball, Women's Soccer, Women's Volleyball, Women's Golf, and Baseball. Kraemer oversees the teams' social media accounts and updates the website with various stories. Kraemer assists in the video production of Quinnipiac's various home events throughout the year. Prior to his time as a Graduate Assistant, Kraemer worked as a work-study student at Quinnipiac University. During his time as a student at Quinnipiac, Kraemer has volunteered at numerous tournaments, including the 2019 NCAA Women's Ice Hockey Frozen Four in Hamden, CT and the 2019 Big East Field Hockey Championships where he inputted live stats. He also volunteered and computed statistics at the ECAC Men's Hockey Championship Weekend (2022-2023) in Lake Placid, NY, a 2021 NCAA Men's Hockey Regional in Albany, NY, and the CIAC Boy's Hockey Championships at M&T Bank Arena (2022-2023). The Long Island native graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree. He is currently working toward a Master's Degree in Business
