Bill Garno begins his 30th season at the helm of the Rochester Institute of Technology Men’s Soccer program in 2025. Garno has led the Tigers to three NCAA Tournament

Kevin May begins his ninth season of his second stint as an assistant on the RIT Men's Soccer team in 2025. May was an assistant coach at RIT from 2006-2009. Prior to his return to RIT, May was an assistant coach at University of Albany from 2016-2017 helping the Great Danes to reach the NCAA Tournament in 2016. From 2011-2016 May was an assistant coach at Georgia Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville, Georgia. May was a four-year starter at Nazareth College, serving as team captain in 2001-2002. He was a two-time All-Empire 8 selection in 2001 and 2002, earning All-Region honors in 2002. May graduated with a degree in political science. After graduation, May returned to his alma mater as an assistant coach from 2004-2006, helping guide the Golden Flyers to their first NCAA Tournament appearance in 2006. May earned his National Diploma from United Soccer Coaches in 2007 and earned his advanced national coaching diploma in 2013.

Travis Wood enters his 14th season as a goalkeeper coach at RIT in 2023. Wood was a standout goalkeeper for Muhlenberg College from 1998-2000. Prior to Muhlenberg, Wood played two seasons at Genesee Community College, earning all-conference and all-region honors in 1997. Wood earned his master's degree in education from Nazareth College. In addition, he served as an assistant coach at Nazareth under RIT Hall of Fame Coach Doug May for six seasons.

Yuri Lavrynenko enters his 17th season as the associate head coach at RIT in 2025. After leading Gates-Chili High School to a New York State Championship in 1995, Lavrynenko helped Indiana University to two NCAA and four Big Ten championships from 1996-99, earning All-American, All Big Ten and Final Four MVP accolades. He earned Academic All-Big Ten honors in 1996, 1997, 1998 and 1999 and was inducted into the Alpha Beta academic fraternity. In 2004 he earned a master of business administration from RIT with a concentration in marketing and finance. Lavrynenko played for the Chicago Fire of Major League Soccer during the 2000-01 season and helped the Fire to the U.S. Open Cup championship in 2001. He played for three A-League teams from 2001-2004, including the Rochester Rhinos, and helped Montreal to the A-League championship in 2004. In 2005 he founded Yuri Lavrynenko Soccer (YLS), specializing in academies, training, and camps for youth soccer players in the Rochester area. In 2009 he earned his United States Soccer Federation "A" coaching license and possesses the USSF National Youth License. He also works as Technical Director for FC Dynamo ROC, a premier youth soccer club in Rochester, NY.
