Head Coach
Glenn Wilkes Jr. is the winningest coach in Sunshine State Conference history with 13 regular season titles and eight SSC Tournament Championships. His career wins rank him as the third-most victorious among active Division II coaches and fourth all-time, with a .720 winning percentage ranking 25th among active NCAA II coaches. A nine-time SSC Coach of the Year, he was named Division II WBCA National Coach of the Year after the 2005-06 season and honored as the SSC Silver Anniversary Top Coach in 2007. Under Wilkes' tenure since 1986, Rollins has earned 15 NCAA Tournament trips, won 20+ games in 24 seasons, and in 2012 won the South Region Tournament before advancing to the Final Four. He has coached six All-America honorees and four SSC Players of the Year. Wilkes led the Tars to a 21-6 record in his first season and followed with consecutive SSC titles. Highlights include a 26-0 undefeated season in 2005-06 and the historic 2011-12 campaign with a 28-6 record and Elite Eight appearance. Son of Stetson Hall of Famer Glenn Wilkes Sr., he was a four-year letterman and starter at Stetson before serving as a student assistant and working in business before returning to coaching. He is married to former Rollins All-American Kim Tayrien and has two sons.
