Springfield College Men's Volleyball

Charlie Sullivan is the 28th season head coach of Springfield College Men's Volleyball with a 543-206 (.725) overall record and 15 seasons of 20 or more wins. He has led the Pride to five NCAA Division III National Championships (2012, 2013, 2014, 2017, 2018) and six Molten Division III National Championships (1997, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2008, 2010). Sullivan has coached seven AVCA Division III National Players of the Year, with 41 student-athletes earning 74 combined AVCA All-America honors. He is a five-time AVCA Division III National Coach of the Year and ranks 3rd all-time in NCAA Division III for wins as a head men's volleyball coach. Sullivan serves as current head coach of the United States Men's National Under-19 Team (2021-present) and previously served as a scout coach for the 2016 Olympic Games, helping the USA win bronze. He is a professor in Springfield College's physical education department teaching sports psychology and co-authored two books on coaching. Sullivan earned his bachelor's degree in business management from Springfield College in 1991 and his master's degree in physical education from Springfield in 1997.
