Coach Stuart Moran enters his second season as the head women's soccer coach in 2025. The Scotland native arrives in Hoboken after a four-year stint at the University of Mount Saint Vincent. Moran and the Coaching Staff earned MAC Freedom Coaching Staff of the Year in 2024 after leading Stevens to an 11-6-2 mark at the No. 2 seed in the MAC Freedom Tournament. The defense surrendered just 12 goals all season and conceded one marker during the MAC Freedom regular season. After opening the season 1-4, the Ducks went unbeaten over their next 11 (9-0-2) while allowing three goals during the stretch. Prior to arriving on Castle Point, Coach Moran spent four years as both a coach and an administrator at the University of Mount Saint Vincent. First arriving in Riverdale, New York in February 2020 as the ninth head coach of the Dolphins' program, the squad compiled 33 victories and a .636 winning percentage, under his tutelage – the most of any prior regime (when the school was known as the College of Mount Saint Vincent). During his time as a Dolphin, the women's soccer program collected 12 All-Skyline Conference accolades and secured the first conference championship in program history on Nov. 4, 2023. At the time of his hiring in 2020, Coach Moran was also appointed the athletic department's compliance officer and concluded his tenure in Riverdale as an Associate Director of Athletics. Prior to landing his first head coaching position, Coach Moran spent five years as an assistant
