Head Coach
Austin Holter, a 2010 College of Wooster alumnus, has served as the College's 23rd head football coach since March 2025. Holter made the crosstown move with his hiring, as the former standout Scots' quarterback has served as head coach at Wooster High School since 2021. The Generals achieved immediate success under Holter, who took the program to the regional semifinal in his first season, marking the program's longest playoff run since 1986. At Wooster, Holter mentored a pair of All-Ohio honorees, 13 all-district players, and 31 all-conference selections. Prior to taking over Wooster High School's program, Holter was part of North Coast Athletic Conference rival Denison's rise to a regular conference contender. Holter helped the Big Red to a 51-20 record and two NCAC titles as offensive coordinator from 2013-21. Under Holter's guidance, two Denison players were semifinalists for the Gagliardi Trophy, and three Holter-coached players were named All-Americans at Denison. As a Scot, Holter led the program to an 8-2 record as a junior and was a two-time All-NCAC selection. His 5,628 passing yards were the second-most in program history upon graduation, while his 43 passing touchdowns ranked third. Holter graduated with a degree in communication studies and obtained a professional masters of sports administration degree from Ohio University in 2018.

Austin Anderson is The College of Wooster football team's new offensive line coach. Anderson arrives in Wooster following a stint at Calvin University, where he was part of the program's inaugural team. He held recruiting responsibilities within Indiana and Ohio, which helped the program debut with over 100 players in its first season. While at Calvin, Anderson coached the defensive line and linebackers and held video coordinator responsibilities. He worked closely with the defensive coordinator in the areas of playbook development, scouting, and play calling charts. Anderson started his coaching career at Indiana Wesleyan University where he was a defensive assistant coach and video coordinator. Anderson was a leader for the program in opposition scouting and film breakdown. Anderson was a tight end and offensive lineman at Indiana Wesleyan and graduated from there in 2022 with a degree in sports management.

Director of Strength & Conditioning/Manager of Fitness and Strength Centers
Carson Kinney started as The College of Wooster's director of strength and conditioning and manager of the College's fitness and strength centers on January 21, 2025. Kinney arrived back in Wooster following a semester at Oberlin College, where he worked closely with the Yeomen's football team, developing and implementing a football-specific strength and conditioning program and assessing student-athletes' capabilities through maximal speed, strength, and agility testing. He implemented nutritional guidance and recovery protocols, fostered student-athlete development, and optimized performance during competition using Perch Fitness and Catapult systems. Prior to Oberlin, Kinney spent three years at Wooster as a full-time assistant track and field coach, developing a successful throws program. He helped alumna Ainsley Wiesner graduate as a two-time All-American while continuously improving the program's hammer and weight throw records, and guided current junior Evie Sanford to set school records in indoor and outdoor shot put, discus, and earn two-time North Coast Athletic Conference champion honors. In his last two years at Wooster, Kinney took on expanded duties as an assistant strength and conditioning coach, leading cross country, track and field, and men's soccer strength and conditioning programming while assisting with football and directing the College's intramural programming. Jim Dobney is back helping The College of Wooster football team as an assistant coach. He works with Wooster's tight ends. Kaleb Jarrett has served as The College of Wooster football program's offensive coordinator since the summer of 2025. Jarrett oversaw the program's on-campus recruiting events, coordinated prospect clinics, and managed gameday visits. As a quarterback, Jarrett was elected team captain at The University of Olivet. He played in 14 games and passed for 2,664 yards with 19 touchdowns. On the ground, Jarrett rushed for nine touchdowns. He graduated from Olivet with a bachelor's degree in business administration and an MBA.

Keetrone Singleton, a 2021 College of Wooster alumnus, is in year five on staff. Singleton currently mentors the wide receivers after spending his first year working with the strong safeties. He serves as the point for academic success within the program. As a player, Singleton was a regular in the rotation at slot receiver and filled a variety of roles on special teams. His first collegiate reception was a historical one in the record book. That came at Hiram College in 2017, and the touchdown marked the Scots' seventh passing one in the game, which established a new single-game program benchmark. Singleton played in 17 career games, had three receptions for 11 yards, and a touchdown. He also had three receptions for 26 yards in exhibition action this spring. A theatre and dance alumnus, Singleton served as the Black Student Association event coordinator on campus, worked in the theatre and dance department's costume shop, and was on the athletic director search committee in 2020.

Keyshon Camp was named the defensive line coach in the summer of 2025. Camp, who won two professional championships with the Birmingham Stallions, started his coaching career at Rocky Mountain College following a professional career that spanned stops on teams in the Canadian Football League, the United Football League, the United States Football League, and invites to National Football League rookie minicamps. As a coach, Camp was part of a Rocky Mountain defensive staff that saw its players record 69 tackles for loss and 19 sacks in the fall of 2024. Camp was a key defensive force in Birmingham's 2023 USFL championship, recording three tackles and two sacks in the title game. Prior to signing a professional contract, Camp played at the University of Pittsburgh, where he had a season-high five tackles and a 12-yard sack against Wake Forest University en route to the Panthers winning the Atlantic Coast Conference Championship Game 45-21. He was a consensus top-30 defensive tackle coming out of high school by ESPN, Scout, and 247Sports. Camp has a bachelor's degree in administration of justice from Pittsburgh.

Wooster native Mason Tomblin is The College of Wooster football team's defensive coordinator, coming to the College during the spring 2025 semester. Tomblin also coaches the linebackers. Tomblin returned home following a four-year stop at Iowa State University. Following his time as a graduate assistant for linebackers, Tomblin was promoted to director of defensive scouting and assistant linebackers coach. He worked with the linebackers in the film room, during practices with on-field skill development, and with them on the field during gamedays. Tomblin's recruiting work centered on evaluating potential transfer portal and junior college players and developing preliminary lists for each defensive position. He assisted with official and unofficial visits, junior days, and evaluated numerous prospects. While at Iowa State, Tomblin was part of the program's best season in school history. Iowa State went 11-3 in 2024 and won the Pop-Tarts Bowl. Prior to joining Iowa State's staff, Tomblin was a linebackers and recruiting graduate assistant at Ohio University, a defensive line coach and assistant director of recruiting at Ohio Wesleyan University, and a graduate intern at Miami University (Ohio) working with the quarterbacks. Zane Grove joined The College of Wooster football staff ahead of the 2022 season as the Fighting Scots' special teams coordinator and defensive backs coach and is heavily involved with recruiting. Grove previously coached the linebackers at the College. Grove arrived in Wooster following a three-year stint at Case Western Reserve University where he served as the outside linebackers coach. Grove's coaching career started at Wittenberg University where he was a football operations intern and student assistant football coach while finishing up his degree in 2017. After leaving Wittenberg, Grove went to the University of Minnesota, Morris where he coached defensive backs for one season in addition to working closely with the special teams units. As a player, Grove helped Wittenberg to a 37-8 record from 2013-16. He was part of three conference championship teams and primarily played cornerback. Grove graduated from Wittenberg with a bachelor's in business management in 2017.
