Woods' 148 wins and .594 win percentage at UConn both mark the highest in program history. In 2025, Woods has the led the Huskies to an 11-5 record, finishing third in the BIG EAST with a 4-2 record in conference play. Under Woods' direction, sophomore defender Abby Beran took home BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Year, the third Husky to win the award in program history and 12th conference player of the year coached by Woods at UConn. The 2025 Huskies saw three Huskies, Rayea Davis, Riley Daly, and Beran, named to the all-BIG EAST First Team, with the latter two earning unanimous selections. In addition, Woods coached three graduate students, Tori Cini, Jenna Giardina, and Meghan Lane, to the all-BIG EAST Second Team. Woods has led the program to three consecutive NCAA Tournament berths ('21, '22, '23) and posted a 12-7 season in 2023. This included an appearance in the BIG EAST Championship game vs. Denver.
