Head Coach
Sarah Jenkins, a former associate head coach at Delaware, was named the fifth women’s basketball head coach in the program’s history on April 3, 2022. The 2025-26 season marks Jenkins' fourth at the helm of the Fightin' Blue Hens. During Jenkins' time as a head coach at Delaware, she has produced three all-conference players: Tara Cousins (All-CAA Second Team, 2024-25), Klarke Sconiers (All-CAA Third Team, 2022-23), and Ande'a Cherisier (CAA All-Rookie Team, 2023-24). Jenkins also led Cousins to the CAA's most prestigious honor, the Dean Ehlers Leadership Award, in 2022-23. Under Jenkins, the Hens have logged 80 or more points 10 times and put up at least 70 on 35 occasions. The Blue & Gold have led their conference twice in three-point percentage in her tenure (2022-23, 2024-25), once in field goal percentage (2024-25), once in field goal percentage defense (2022-23), once in rebounds per game (2022-23), and once in defensive rebounds per game (2022-23). Equipment Manager
Bryce Parry, in his second year with the University of Delaware, was promoted to assistant equipment manager in July 2018. Prior to becoming the assistant manager, Parry was an equipment department intern. In his role as assistant equipment manager, he oversees daily equipment operations of men's and women's basketball, field hockey, softball, volleyball, men's and women's swim & dive. He is also responsible for overseeing the budget for his assigned sports and for the fittings of gear and apparel. Parry came to Delaware after being an equipment game assistant for the Philadelphia 76ers. With the 76ers, he assisted the equipment manager with game day operations and constructed halftime set up for the 76ers and the visiting team. Parry received a Bachelor of Science in sport management from Kutztown University. While at Kutztown, he was a student equipment manager. He is a certified member of the Athletics Equipment Managers Association (AEMA).

Primary Communications Contact
Eli Vaupen joined the University of Delaware Communications and Creative Services department in October 2024. He serves as the primary media contact for women's basketball and men's lacrosse, as well as the secondary media contact for football. Vaupen came to the 302 after spending the 2024 season as the PR & Communications Assistant with the Round Rock Express, the Triple-A Affiliate of the Texas Rangers. In his lone season with the E-Train, Vaupen worked with several award-winning major leaguers, including a pair of multi-time Cy Young winners in RHP Max Scherzer and RHP Jacob deGrom. Before arriving in Round Rock, Texas, Vaupen worked in the Philadelphia Flyers' community relations department during the 2023-24 season. Vaupen also oversaw all in-kind donation requests for the department. Prior to his move to the pros, Vaupen spent over five years in the athletic communications office at Temple University. General Manager
Jason Gandhi joined Delaware in May 2025 as general manager, men's & women's basketball. Gandhi spent the previous three years at Indiana University as assistant director of strategic initiatives (2024-25) and project management coordinator (2022-24). She provided guidance for the department's Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) educational programming, diversity, equity and inclusion, gender equity and mental health initiatives. Among her accomplishments is leadership in the introduction of the Excellence Academy program and construction of the $48 million, 66,575 square foot excellence academy facility in 2018. Originally from the Bronx, N.Y., Nigel earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting from Delaware State in 2006 and a master's in Sports Administration in 2008. During his master's studies, he spent two years working for the athletics department post-graduate as an academic advisor. He resides in Middletown, Del. with his wife, Casi, and children, Amani, Laylah, and Nathan.
