David Maclutsky enters his 15th year at the University of Massachusetts in 2021-22 and his eighth as an Associate Athletic Trainer while he continues his primary focus on the day-to-day care and treatment of the men's basketball program as well as the men's and women's cross country teams. Maclutsky received his master's degree in exercise science in 2001. He also served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at UMass for two years. Prior to his return to Amherst, Maclutsky was the Director of Sports Medicine at Saint Peter's College after he worked as a certified athletic trainer at Army Prep for one year. Maclutsky also previously served as an assistant athletic trainer at the College of the Holy Cross for four years. The Colonie, N.Y., native earned his bachelor's degree in athletic training from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Brockport in 1996. Erica Lemm joined the University of Massachusetts athletics department as the Assistant Athletic Director for Sport Administration in January 2024. She spent the previous nearly five years at Mount Holyoke College. She is the sport administrator for the Massachusetts cross country and track and field teams as well as for the men's and women's soccer programs. Prior to UMass, Lemm served as the Senior Associate Director of Athletics and Senior Woman Administrator at nearby Mount Holyoke from August 2022 until departing to join the Massachusetts staff. From March of 2021 through July of 2022, Lemm was the Interim Director of Athletics/Senior Woman Administrator at Mount Holyoke after joining the Lyons staff as an Associate Director of Athletics/Senior Woman Administrator in May of 2019. She also served as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator throughout her time at the College. While in the interim AD role, Lemm was responsible for all aspects of intercollegiate athletics, as well as oversight of physical education and the Equestrian Center and was charged with leading the department's return to operations through the COVID-19 pandemic. Lemm earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Physical Education and Sport as well as a Master of Arts in Sport Administration from Central Michigan University.

Evan Faber came to the University of Massachusetts in September 2024 after serving as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Holy Cross for two years. John Adamson enters his fifth season as an assistant coach with the University of Massachusetts men’s and women’s track and field programs in 2019-20 and works with the Minutemen middle distance runners, long sprinters, intermediate hurdlers and high jumpers and Minutewomen intermediate hurdlers and high jumpers. In his first season back at his alma mater (2015-16), Adamson's athletes achieved school records in the 200, 400, 500 and 4x400, as well as additional top five all-time performances in the dash, 200, 800, 4x400 and high jump. His athletes won Atlantic 10 and New England Championships and earned Atlantic 10 Most Outstanding Rookie Honors, All-Atlantic 10, All-New England and All-ECAC awards, as well as qualifying for the NCAA East Regional and the USATF Jr. National Championships. Most recently in 2019, Jada Harris became the first UMass field performer to reach the NCAA Championships since 1995 where she earned Honorable Mention All-America honors. Prior to returning to UMass, Adamson was a member of the Amherst College track and field and cross country staffs from 1997-2012. Adamson began his career at Amherst as assistant coach for men's and women's track and field, concentrating on coaching the programs' sprinters, hurdlers and jumpers. His role evolved during his 15-year tenure, during which time he also had varying responsibilities for coaching athletes in the multi-events, throws, long sprints, middle distances and cross country. Remington Blair joined the University of Massachusetts track and field programs as an assistant coach in August 2022. He is responsible for coaching the Minutemen's and Minutewomen's horizontal jumps and high jump. Blair comes to UMass with seven years of Division I coaching experience, over 10 years of track and field competitive experience and has mentored four Atlantic 10 champions and one All-American. Blair spent the previous two years at La Salle where he guided Dennis Manyeah to a historic season in the high jump, finishing as a Second Team All-American. Manyeah broke the Atlantic 10 Championship high jump record on his way to conference gold outdoors and tied his school record with a jump of 2.16 meters at regionals to qualify for the NCAA Outdoor National Championships. Blair mentored Darian Alston to his second consecutive Atlantic 10 title in the triple jump during the indoor season. Prior to arriving at La Salle, Blair spent two years in a similar position as an assistant coach at Northern Colorado in the Big Sky Conference. While with the Bears, he worked closely with the men's and women's jumps events. Before his time at Northern Colorado, a volunteer assistant coach at Fresno State from 2016 to 2017. A former track star during his collegiate days as a student-athlete at Fresno, Blair returned to his alma mater to coach the men's and women's sprints, hurdles and relays.
