Biography

Dillon Carson is in his second season as the Director of Video and Analytics for the Michigan women's basketball program in 2026-27. Carson joins the Wolverines after spending time at Charleston, Tennessee and Louisville. Carson spent the 2024-25 season as a graduate assistant with the Charleston men's basketball program, assisting with player development and scouting reports, while upkeeping the playbook in SportsCode and FastDraw. He was a graduate assistant for the Tennessee women's basketball program for the 2023-24 season, where he helped with player development, on-campus recruiting, organizing film, upkeeping recruiting databases, operating team camp, and managing team ticket and ball kid programs. As an undergraduate student at Louisville (May 2019-March 2023), Carson served as a student manager for the men's basketball program, leading and overseeing a staff of 10 managers and assisting with team meals, opponent film organization, recruiting itineraries, scouting reports, and mailouts. A 2023 graduate of the University of Louisville, Carson holds a bachelor's degree in sport administration.
