Brian Wiseman began his second stint at Ole Miss in February of 2017, returning to Oxford as the Associate Coordinator of Strength and Conditioning. In his role, Wiseman is in charge of the strength and conditioning training for the Ole Miss soccer team as well as strength training for the Ole Miss Track & Field program. Additionally, Wiseman is in charge of the management of the Gillom Athletics Performance Center weight room and staff. It is Wiseman's second stint in Oxford, having served as the Assistant Coordinator of Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning. He was responsible for the strength and conditioning programs for men's and women's track and field, men's golf and assisted with the 2008 and 2009 Cotton Bowl champion football teams. During his initial run at Ole Miss, Wiseman coached more than 20 All-Americans, including 3 national champions and 10 NFL Draft picks. Prior to returning to Ole Miss, Wiseman was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2014-17. During his time with Milwaukee, he was primarily focused on strength and conditioning training for Panther men's basketball, volleyball and baseball. Before making the move to the Dairy State, Wiseman was a civilian contracted Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the United States Army. Working with the Army's Special Forces soldiers, his duties were to prepare soldiers for their upcoming missions using athletic based training principles and methodologies. Whil

Caleb Stirm joined the Ole Miss track & field and cross country program as its coordinator of operations in August of 2025. He will oversee team travel, team managers, home meet management, assist with equipment needs, and serve as the academic, compliance and facilities liaison. Stirm arrives in Oxford after serving two years as the director of operations for Bowling Green track & cross country. During his time in Bowling Green, he completed his master's degree in sports administration and was part of their 2025 MAC Indoor Track & Field Championship and 2025 MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship teams. This marked the first time in program history where the Falcons won both championships in the same year. Stirm earned his bachelor's degree in business management from Purdue in December 2022. During his time in West Lafayette, he was a student manager for the Purdue women's basketball team as well as an event management intern for Purdue Athletics.

Taylor Oekerman, MPA, LAT, ATC, currently serves as the assistant athletic trainer for the track and field and cross country teams. Prior to her current role at Ole Miss, Oekerman spent two years with the track and field and rifle teams at Murray State University. In 2021, Oekerman completed her Master of Public Administration: Health Administration from Portland State University where she worked as the athletic trainer for the Viking's Track and Cross Country teams. Oekerman earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Boise State University in 2018 where she primarily worked with Boise State Football, Track and Field, and Women's Soccer, among other various sports and settings. Oekerman is a strong advocate for improving mental health and nutrition resources in collegiate athletics and believes in creating a culture of responsiveness to the mental health needs of student athletes through a lens of trauma informed care. Oekerman is a BOC certified athletic trainer and a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association. Oekerman was born and raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho, but currently resides in Oxford, Mississippi with her husband Dan and her dog Timber.
