Lacey Rubin Career 2014-2018 Eastern Michigan Athlete 2018-2019 Eastern Michigan Volunteer Assistant Coach 2022-2023 Arizona State Assistant Coach 2023-Present Missouri Assistant Coach Part of the 2025 WCGA Assistant Coaches of the Year and the College Gym News Coaches of the Year, Lacey Rubin joined the University of Missouri gymnastics staff in May 2023 to help the Tigers maintain their strength on balance beam. Rubin oversaw one of the most successful years on the balance beam for Mizzou in 2025. The Tigers set numerous records on the apparatus, most notably earning the top score in program history of 49.575 at Arkansas on March 14 and tying it during the NCAA Championship Second Round meet. She also managed the continued development of Helen Hu, who earned the 2025 NCAA Gymnastics Balance Beam National Championship and achieved three 10s during the season. Three Missouri gymnasts also earned WCGA All-American status - Hu on First Team and Olivia Kelly and Addison Lawrence on Second Team. In her first season with the Tigers, Rubin worked with Missouri's beam squad which finished No. 22 in the nation with a 49.295 NQS, extending the program's streak of top-25 beam finishes to eight consecutive years. Rubin helped Sienna Schreiber put together her best season on the event, as she individually tied for eighth in the nation on beam with a 9.950 NQS to earn WCGA Regular Season All-America First Team status for the first time in her career.
