The former monogram winner has been an integral part of the Fighting Irish success over the past 23 seasons, working as an assistant coach, associate coach, associate head coach and led the program as head coach for the first time during the 2024-25 season. In her tenure as an assistant, she helped coach Deanna Gumpf and the Irish qualify for 21 NCAA Regionals and 12 NCAA Regional finals. The Irish won 11 conference titles during Ganeff’s time in South Bend and have challenged for many more. Ganeff spearheads the recruiting efforts for Notre Dame softball, which annually attracts the top players from across the nation. In addition to being the program’s recruiting coordinator and running and directing Notre Dame’s camps and clinics, Ganeff served as the third vice president on the board of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA).
