In 2024-25, the Badgers won 27 games, three seed in the NCAA Tournament, Second Team All-American, John Tonje (53rd pick in the 2025 NBA Draft), and All-Big Ten performer, John Blackwell. The second season, 2025-26, Wisconsin finished 24-11 earning a 5 seed in the NCAA Tournament, while breaking school scoring records, including 3-pointers made in a single season and averaging a school record 83.0 points per game. The team featured Second Team All-Big Ten point guard, Nick Boyd, and Third Team All-Big Ten guard, John Blackwell. Over those two seasons, the Badgers were 51-21 overall (70.8%) and 27-13 (67.5%) in Big Ten play. This includes six top ten wins, with three on the road at #2 Michigan, #7 Purdue, and #8 Illinois. Nick Boyd became the first player since Michael Finley (1995) to average over 20 points per game, while also attaining the second most points for a UW player in a single season.
