Hali Sindlinger
Hali Sindlinger was named an assistant athletic trainer in the fall of 2021. Sindlinger primarily works with the Falcon gymnastics and women's golf programs and has previously worked with the softball and women's soccer teams. Sindlinger returned to her alma mater after a stint at Arizona State University, where she worked primarily with the gymnastics program. Prior to her time in Tempe, she spent two-and-a-half years as head athletics trainer at Vincennes (Ind.) University, where she provided direct care to all 10 sports offered by the school. From 2016-18, Sindlinger was a graduate assistant at BGSU, working with the Falcon football team along with the gymnastics, cheerleading and men's cross country programs. That came after she completed a certified internship at BG in the 2014-15 academic year, when she primarily worked with the football and cheerleading programs. Sindlinger holds two degrees from BGSU. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, with a specialization in Athletic Training, in December of 2014. A native of Norwalk, Ohio, she earned a Master's in Education (Sports Administration specialization) in May of 2018. As an undergraduate at the University, Sindlinger worked with the football Falcons, and also spent time with the baseball, women's soccer and women's basketball programs. Sindlinger is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, the Great Lakes Athletic Trainers Association and the Ohio Athletic Trainers Association.

Volunteer Assistant Gymnastics Coach

Keller joins the Falcons as a volunteer assistant coach after recently serving as a student manager at Penn State. In that role, she assisted with daily program needs and gained experience in team operations. She will now transition into a coaching capacity at the collegiate level, providing a fresh perspective and developing her own coaching style under the mentorship of the BGSU staff.

Assistant Gymnastics Coach
Stephen Avgerinos joined Brittney Emmons' staff in September 2025 as her lead assistant coach. Avgerinos arrives at Bowling Green after five seasons at the University of New Hampshire, where he served as associate head coach and recruiting coordinator since 2019. With the Wildcats, he was responsible for daily training, recruiting, and program operations, while also serving as a technician and spotter on all four events. He helped guide UNH to the 2020 East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) regular-season championship. Prior to his time at UNH, Avgerinos spent nearly two decades at his alma mater, Illinois State University (1999–2003; 2005–19), rising to associate head coach. At ISU, he helped lead the Redbirds to two NCAA Regional team appearances and two Midwest Independent Conference (MIC) championships. He was twice named MIC Assistant Coach of the Year (2006, 2009). Avgerinos coached all four events, coordinated vault and uneven bars choreography, managed recruiting, and oversaw daily team operations. A native of Lansing, Ill., Avgerinos earned both his bachelor's degree in biological sciences and a master's degree in biomechanics from Illinois State. While at ISU, he was a self-taught tumbler, a four-year cheerleader, and a member of the Gamma Phi Circus, the university's student-run circus.
