Breske is a 22-year coaching veteran, including 20 years at the collegiate level. In his first year with the Bulldogs, he coached a unit that produced the team's leading tackler and second team All-Mountain West selection Jadon Pearson. The senior captain had over 100 tackles on the season, transferring in for his final season of eligibility. Breske was a key piece to a defensive staff that led one of the top defenses in the FBS as Fresno State ranked 10th in the country allowing an average of 285.7 yards per game in 2025.
