Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator
Shelby Boyle enters her first season with the Big Green in 2025-26 as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. Boyle arrives in the Upper Valley after spending five seasons at Boston College. Serving in multiple positions during her time in Chestnut Hill, Boyle most recently led the Eagles recruiting efforts as their recruiting coordinator and assistant coach. After beginning her career at Boston College as a graduate assistant, she was later promoted to the director of player development before becoming an assistant coach. At Boston College, Boyle was instrumental in the development of Andrea Daley and Dontavia Waggoner, both of whom surpassed 1,000 career points. Waggoner was a top defensive player in the country, finishing second in the ACC and ninth nationally with 99 steals. She was third in the league and 11th in the country averaging three steals per a game. Boyle was also pivotal in the development of multiple ACC All-Conference players. In her first season, she helped the Eagles earn their first top-10 win since 2010 with a road triumph at then-No. 9/10 NC State. As one of the youngest recruiting coordinators among the power conferences, Boyle was recognized as a WBCA "30 under 30" honoree in 2024. She was selected to the NCAA Basketball Coaches Academy in May of 2025. She also worked as an instructor at Point Guard College and the Nike Shooting and Skills Camp in Kentucky. "After a thorough national search, I'm thrilled to welcome Shelby to Dartmouth," Cimino sai
