Head Coach
Ryan Meek finished his eighth season as the head coach of the High Point University volleyball team in 2025 after being announced as the 12th head coach in program history by HPU Athletic Director Dan Hauser on Jan. 29, 2018. During the 2025 season, High Point three-peated as the Big South Regular Season and Tournament Champions to earn an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament and played the University of Kansas in the First Round. The Panthers finished with an 18-10 overall record and a 12-12 record in league play after finishing the regular season on a six game win streak. Meek came to the Triad after two seasons at Creighton University where he served as the assistant coach and recruiting coordinator under three-time National Coach of the Year Kirsten Bernthal Booth. Associate Head Coach
Kevin Berger joined the High Point University volleyball program as a volunteer assistant coach in August 2018 and was promoted as a full-time assistant in December of 2018. In August of 2023, he was promoted as the Associate Head Coach. Since joining the staff in 2018, Berger has worked under Head Coach Ryan Meek and helped guide the Panthers to an overall record of 123-65 and a Big South conference record of 81-10. Over the seven seasons, High Point has won five Big South regular season titles, four Big South Championships and competed at the NCAA Women's Volleyball Tournament in 2018, 2021 (spring), 2023, 2024 and 2025.
