Flynn Clayman becomes the 15th men's basketball head coach in program history at High Point University. He spent the last two seasons as associate head coach and offensive coordinator, helping compile a 56-15 overall record with a 27-5 Big South record. Clayman helped lead the Panthers to their first ever NCAA tournament appearance and back-to-back outright Big South Regular Season titles. He directed an offense that finished 3rd in NCAA KenPom rankings for raw offensive efficiency. Prior to HPU, he was Associate Head Coach at Southern Utah for six seasons. He played professionally overseas from 2012-2016 and played collegiately at Colorado State, Troy University, and University of the Cumberlands. A native of Los Angeles, California, Flynn is married to HPU women's basketball assistant coach Katie Clayman, and they have a son, Quinn.

As a player, Hoynack appeared in 13 games, scoring 17 points and picking up 10 rebounds. During his senior season he knocked down back-to-back three-pointers in the season opener versus St. Andrews. As a Graduate Assistant, Hoynack's role will be to help with personnel for opponents as well as making sure the players are working out everyday and being on time to class and practice.

He served as Montana's first director of operations since 2017, but filled much of those roles during his first three seasons while he was a graduate manager. In addition to operations duties, such as travel, meals, hotels and more, Clarke also took on the majority of Montana's scouting and film prep. During Clarke's time with the Grizzlies, Montana has posted a winning record each season. The Grizzlies won the 2025 & 2019 Big Sky Conference regular-season and tournament titles while advancing to the NCAA tournament. Prior to going to Montana, Clarke played collegiately for Division II Concordia University Irvine.

Thomas returned to his alma mater at Shawnee State in 2014 as an assistant coach for the Bears before being promoted to head coach in 2017. The NAIA National Coach of the Year and the Don Meyer Coach of the Year had one of the best runs in the history of NAIA men's basketball. Thomas constructed one of one of the greatest turnarounds in college basketball history during his tenure at Shawnee State. Overall, Kraus has been a part of six winning seasons and part of two NCAA Tournament teams.
