Andrew Williams was hired as an Oklahoma State assistant strength and condition coach in December of 2025. With a decade of experience in college strength and conditioning, he came to OSU from Tuskegee University, where he worked as the assistant athletic director for sports performance from 2022-25. Prior to that, Williams spent the 2021 season at Memphis, the 2020 season at Auburn and the beginning of 2020 at South Carolina State. He worked the 2019 season at Texas State after beginning his full-time career at Western Kentucky in 2018. He also worked as a graduate assistant and intern at Auburn, where he attended school and played football. The Sunflower, Ala., native originally attended Miles College to play football before transferring to Auburn for the 2013 and 2014 seasons. He graduated from Auburn in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in multi/interdisciplinary studies and received his master's degree from Auburn in adult and continuing education and teaching in 2018. Williams is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Williams and his wife, Shalisa, have one son. Ann Weidmayer was hired as Oklahoma State's Director of Sports Nutrition in June of 2025. Prior to arriving in OSU athletics, she served with OSU's Human Performance and Nutrition Research Institute and as a Performance Dietitian at IMG Academy. Weidmayer also has athletics experience working with Illinois State, the Indianapolis Colts and East Carolina, as well as multiple stops in the medical field. She has worked with athletes from several different sports, including football, soccer, golf and other performance programs. Weidmayer is a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a member of the American Sports and Performance Dietitians Association and part of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She also holds certifications from American Red Cross. After graduating from Reading High School in Reading, Michigan, she received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services while graduating Summa Cum Laude from Oklahoma State in 2021. She then received a Master of Science in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Illinois State before beginning her professional career.

Boone Feldt was hired as Oklahoma State's assistant offensive line coach in December of 2025. He came to OSU from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where he worked as the offensive coordinator and offensive line coach for the 2024 and 2025 seasons. Feldt possesses NCAA Division I and Division II coaching experience, with stops at Northwestern State (La.), Texas State and Texas Permian Basin. His time at UTPB coincided with the start of the Falcon football program. He holds more than a decade of coaching experience, beginning his career in Texas in 2014 after his playing days at North Texas were cut short due to spinal injury. Feltd is the son of retired college coach, Blake Feldt, who also won state high school championships in Texas. Born in Boone, N.C., Feldt was an All-Centex selection and an Associated Press All-State selection as a junior at Pilot Point (TX), which went on to win the state championship after a 15-0 season. Head Football Strength & Conditioning
Bryan Kegans joined the Oklahoma State staff as head football strength and conditioning coach in December 2025. He came to Stillwater from North Texas, where he worked as assistant head football coach and director of strength and conditioning for the 2023-25 seasons. Prior to his stint at UNT, Kegans worked one year as associate director of football sports performance at USC. He spent the four seasons before that at Oklahoma, where he was assistant director of sports performance and director of sports science. During his time in Norman, the Sooners won three Big 12 titles and made two appearances in the College Football Playoff. He was also a strength and conditioning coach at Texas in 2013 and at TWU from 2011-13. The Stephenville native also has high school experience at Fulshear and Denton Guyer. Chris Deal was hired as Oklahoma State's director of football creative services in 2011. His role includes overseeing all digital aspects of the Cowboy Football creative team and assisting with recruiting. A two-time Heartland Emmy Award nominee and 2017 award winner for technical achievement, Deal worked closely with Mandt Bros Production for a series of "Oklahoma State Virtual Recruiting" videos. As an assistant producer, Deal helped with overall concept, script writing, NCAA compliance and overall execution. He came to Stillwater from the University of New Mexico, where he worked from 2006-11 in the Lobos' athletics communications office. Assistant Director of Player Personnel
Dajon Owens came to Oklahoma State as an assistant director of player personnel in January of 2026. Owens came to OSU from Colorado State, where he worked as a player personnel and recruiting assistant in 2025. Prior to that, he played defensive back for the Cologne Centurions of the European League of Football from 2023-24. His college playing career included one season at Long Beach City College in 2017, three seasons at Colorado State from 2018-20 and one season at Stony Brook in 2021. Dan Conwell was hired as Oklahoma State's assistant special teams coach in December of 2025. He came to OSU from North Texas, where he worked as the assistant special teams coach for the 2024 and 2025 seasons. In 2025, he helped UNT to a 12-2 finish with a win in the Isleta New Mexico Bowl. In his first season with the Mean Green, the UNT special Teams units excelled. The combined six units ranked second in the American Conference according to Pro Football Focus (PFF) special teams’ grades. They were first in the American Athletic Conference for composite ranking average of special teams’ units. The punt unit ranked second nationally by only allowing eight total return yards on 47 punts. The kickoff coverage unit ranked ninth nationally and led the AAC allowing only 16 yards per kickoff return. Erika Vickers has worked with Oklahoma State athletics since May 2012 and served as the director of football administration since 2025. During time in Stillwater, Vickers has served as assistant AD for facilities and admin project management (2022-25), assistant AD for event management (2019-22), assistant AD for ticket sales and marketing (2018-19), director of ticket sales (2015-2018), assistant ticket manager (2013-15) and as a ticket office representative (2012-13). Defensive Backs (Cornerbacks)
An Oklahoma City native, Julian Wilson was hired as defensive backs coach in December of 2025. He coaches Oklahoma State's cornerbacks. Wilson arrived in Stillwater with six years of college coaching experience and has worked with defensive backs throughout his career. Prior to coming to OSU, Wilson spent the 2025 season as the defensive backs coach at North Texas. In his lone year at UNT, he was part of a staff that helped improve the Mean Green by nearly 10 points per game in scoring defense, by 90 yards per game in total defense and by more than 100 yards per game in passing defense. Patrick Cobbs joined Oklahoma State as run game coordinator and running backs coach in December 2025. A 2005 UNT graduate and an NFL running back for six years, Cobbs had spent all of his college coaching career at his alma mater until arriving in Stillwater. He also coached running backs at Denton Ryan High School for five seasons before his college career began. A native of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Cobbs was named the 2025 FootballScoop Running Backs Coach of the Year after coaching UNT running back Caleb Hawkins to the national lead in scoring, total touchdowns and rushing touchdowns, while also ranking No. 6 in all-purpose yards per game, No. 13 in rushing yards per game and No. 17 in yards per carry. The UNT running backs played a vital role in the Mean Green finishing the 2025 season ranked No. 1 in the FBS in both total offense and scoring offense. The 2024 season, the first in which Cobbs was elevated to run game coordinator, saw the Mean Green finish 14th in the FBS with an average of 5.44 yards per carry as a team. Despite losing each of its top three rushers on the depth chart by the fourth week of the season, UNT still ranked fifth in the FBS with 22.1% of its runs resulting in an explosive play. Raj Murti was named the general manager for the Oklahoma State football program in December of 2025. He oversees all aspects of the OSU roster, revenue sharing and personnel departments. He arrived in Stillwater after serving as the general manager at North Texas for the 2025 season. Murti joined the Mean Green after spending the 2024 season working at TCU in Fort Worth. He first served as the recruiting coordinator from March to December before being elevated to the Assistant Director of Player Personnel in January of 2025. Reggie Johnson was hired as Oklahoma State's linebackers coach in December 2025. A 1996 Louisville graduate, Johnson has 28 years of coaching experience that includes 11 bowl seasons, highlighted by the 2005 Gator Bowl, 2006 Orange Bowl, 2010 Sugar Bowl and 2011 Cotton Bowl. He has coached linebackers for 21 of those seasons and has also worked with the defensive line and special teams. His resume includes stints as a defensive coordinator at Alabama A&M and UAB. He was also co-defensive coordinator at Missouri State in 2023. He joined the Cowboys from North Texas, where he served as the inside linebackers coach in 2025. Robbie Gordon joined the Oklahoma State football staff as assistnat inside linebackers coach in December of 2025. He came to OSU from North Texas, where he worked in recruiting in 2022, quality control in 2023 and as assistant linebackers coach in 2024 and 2025. Gordon, a North Texas Football letterman, returned to Denton following one season at Newman Smith High School in Carrolton in 2021. He served as defensive coordinator and secondary coach. The Ardmore, Oklahoma, native was also briefly at Texas Wesleyan during the spring of 2022. He spent the 2020 season as a defensive assistant at Prosper Rock Hill after coaching in 2019 at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. Johnson was a defensive back at North Carolina State from 1998-2002. He interned in the N.C. State compliance office during the 2003-04 school year before accepting a full-time job as assistant director of compliance in August of 2004. Scott Parker is in his 19th year at OSU and 2026 marks his 10th season as the head football athletic trainer. His entire OSU tenure has been spent with the football team, serving as an assistant athletic trainer from 2008-17 before being promoted. Prior to his arrival at OSU, Parker spent 2005-08 at Southeast Missouri State, working with its football, basketball and baseball programs. Sean Maguire has held a full-time communications role with Oklahoma State Football since 2013. As Director of Football Communications, he manages all media requests for OSU Football's coaches, staff and student-athletes. He also maintains the program's statistics, history, records and biographical information and works closely with the OSU creative team to promote the program. In addition to his duties with the football program, he also oversees a graduate assistant who serves as the primary communications contact for Oklahoma State Wrestling. An experienced athletics administrator Steve Keasler was hired as Oklahoma State's special assistant to the head coach in December of 2025. Prior to that, he served as the North Texas Senior Associate AD for NIL and General Manager from 2024 and 2025. Keasler worked to manage, organize, and advance NIL opportunities for all Mean Green student-athletes. A veteran of more than 30 years in college and high school athletics, Keasler went to UNT after spending the previous six years as the Executive Director of Athletics at Carroll ISD in Southlake, Texas. In his time with the Dragons, Keasler helped Southlake Carroll win the UIL 6A Lone Star Cup in 2019, 2023 and 2024 as the top athletic department in the state.
