Ajay Vyas is in his eighth season with the Rutgers men’s soccer program as the Director of Operations. Vyas coordinates all of the program's day-to-day operations in all aspects including team travel, game day organization, practice operations and recruiting. Vyas also serves as the liaison for all professional teams using Rutgers facilities. During the summer of 2025, he oversaw all needs for visiting clubs such as FC Porto, PSG and West Hamm United FC. Prior to joining the Scarlet Knight staff, Vyas spent three seasons as the Director of Operations for the Santa Clara men’s soccer team. While with the Broncos, he was responsible for coordinating recruiting and travel logistics, in addition to working with the team’s budget and running the team’s social media accounts. He also planned the squad’s Denmark Foreign Tour in 2018. During his time on the west coast, Vyas was also the Local Team Liaison Officer with Copa America Centario in 2016, coordinating needs for Team USA, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Jamaica and Uruguay during their stay in the Bay Area. Vyas also has experience working with the United States Soccer Federation as the Youth Team Coordinator for the U15 Boys Youth National Team Camp in Bradenton, Florida. Earning his degree in Sports Management from St. John’s (N.Y.) in 2014, Vyas was the head team manager for the Red Storm men’s soccer team and worked as a member of the St. John’s Athletics event staff.

In 2019, she saw the Nittany Lions earn their eighth NCAA Tournament appearance in school history and first since 2016. Neri also worked closely with other successful programs such as men's and women's ice hockey, football, men's lacrosse and women's basketball. Before joining the Nittany Lions strategic communications department, Neri covered the Penn State men's ice hockey and lacrosse teams for GoPSUsports.com as a blogger. Wyse saw the team to an 8-6-3 record in the fall of 2025, including Big Ten wins over Penn State (1-0), Ohio State (2-0) and Wisconsin (4-2). He helped to bring in an exceptional transfer/freshmen class which accounted for 21 of the team's 28 goals. Joschi Schelb led the way with seven scores and was named to the All-Big Ten Second Team. Transfers Schelb (18) Dan Karsten (13) and Andrew Kitch (10) also ended the season with double digit points. In 2024, Wyse helped lead the Scarlet Knights in an exciting campaign, picking up two top-10 wins for just the second time in program history, over No. 8 Wisconsin (3-1) and No. 10 Maryland (3-1). The defense, led by senior goalkeeper Ciaran Dalton, was solid throughout the season, ending with five shutouts. Dalton cemented his name in the record books, ranking fifth all-time with 62 career games in net and 230 career saves. Nick Collins (3) and Devon Stopek (1) also excelled on offense each finding the back of the net. Braxton Montgomery played all 17 games for the Scarlet Knights on the backline during his first campaign and was named to the Big Ten All-Freshman Team. In 2024, Mortarulo helped lead the Scarlet Knights in an exciting campaign, picking up two top-10 wins for just the second time in program history, over No. 8 Wisconsin (3-1) and No. 10 Maryland (3-1). In his role as Coordinator of Concussion Management, he is responsible for organizing and overseeing current return to play and return to learn protocols for all Rutgers student-athletes who may sustain a concussion. He also provides clinical care and rehabilitation services for athletes with prolonged symptoms following concussions. He is involved in several research studies and is an active member in the Big Ten - Ivy League Traumatic Brain Injury Research Collaboration. Prior to his time at Rutgers, Brostrand worked as a graduate assistant with the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League during the 2013-2014 regular and postseason.
