She oversees both the men’s and women’s swimming & diving programs after Texas A&M combined the programs in April of 2024. Anderson arrived in Aggieland after helping guide one of the most dominant women’s swimming & diving programs in recent years to four consecutive team national titles, while helping the men’s team to five consecutive top-20 finishes at NCAA Championships. She joined the Virginia coaching staff in August 2017 as an assistant coach and was later promoted to associate head coach. She served as the women’s recruiting coordinator and primary coach for the upper middle distance training group. She aided in the recruitment of the No. 1 and No. 2 women’s recruiting classes, as well as the No. 3 and No. 9 men’s recruiting classes in the NCAA. Anderson helped guide Virginia’s women’s team to the program’s first NCAA Championship in 2020

Holmes, who began his long association with Texas A&M as a student-athlete in 1980, was named the sixth head swimming coach at Texas A&M on July 14, 2004. During his time as head coach the Aggies have experienced great success with 14 top-25 team finishes and numerous Olympians, conference champions and All-Americans. His hard work has paid great dividends in the pool over the years as all of A&M’s school records have been set during Holmes’ head-coaching tenure at A&M. Energetic and motivating, Jason Calanog was originally hired as an assistant coach at Texas A&M, on June 5, 2015, and has since been elevated to associate head coach. Calanog's infectious positivity and attention to detail have paid immediate dividends as the Aggies returned to the top 25 at the NCAA Championships in his first season, flirted with the top 15 in his second campaign and placed 14th at the 2018 meet. Every school record had been broken since Calanog arrived in Aggieland. In 2023, the Aggies earned nine total, five swimming, medals as they hosted the SEC Championship meet, led by newcomer Baylor Nelson, who became just the second swimmer in program history to earn the Commissioner's Trophy. In his collegiate post season debut, Nelson swept the IM events, claiming gold in the 200 and 400 IM, and added a silver-medal finish in the 200 back to be among the top point-earners at the meet. Six different swimmers earned All-America honors at NCAA Championships as the Aggies notched their sixth-consecutive top-20 finish at the meet, placing 14th. The development of Nelson and fellow newcomer Connor Foote was on full display as Nelson notched a top-eight finish in the 200 IM and advanced to the consolation final of the 400 IM, while Foote added key points for the Aggies with a top-16 finish in the 100 fly. Andres Puente took down the 200 breast school record and earned his first top-eight finish at the championship meet to close out his A&M career. At the 2022 SEC Champio
