Adam Linens arrived at TCU in June of 2025 as a senior assistant director of human performance. In his role, Linens oversees all aspects of sports performance for the Horned Frog women's basketball program, including strength and conditioning, performance testing and individual programming. A 20-year veteran of the industry, Linens arrived in Fort Worth following a six-year appointment as the head strength and conditioning coach for the Charlotte Hornets. He previously served as the lead strength and conditioning coach for Oregon basketball for four seasons from 2015-18. Linens has developed five NBA Draft picks and three WNBA Draft selections over his career. He coached four All-Americans and three Pac-12 players of the year. Linens led the Ducks to a trio of Pac-12 championships during his tenure in Eugene, highlighted by a sweep of the women's regular season and tournament titles in 2017-18. In 2017-18, he oversaw human performance for both Oregon basketball programs and coached Sabrina Ionescu, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 WNBA Draft. He mentored Pac-12 Players of the Year Dillon Brooks (2017) and Payton Pritchard (2020), both NBA Draft selections. Prior to Oregon, Linens accumulated 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning and athletic training with NBA, WNBA and NBA G League teams including the Atlanta Hawks, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Atlanta Dream. A North Carolina native, Linens earned a bachelor's degree in exercise and sport science from UNC in 2005
