Kinga Gartner

Assistant Coach, Women's Tennis

Former tennis standout in the state of Florida and current high performance tennis coach Kinga Gartner enters her third season serving as assistant women’s tennis coach at Air Force after being announced to the program on Sept. 5, 2023. Gartner was the first hire of current Falcon head coach Taylor Hollander, arriving at the Academy just prior to the start of Hollander's tenue. After a rocky start that saw the two coaches earn just one dual win in 2024, Hollander and Gartner found themselves facilitating Air Force’s largest single-season turnaround in the program’s history, as the 2025 Air Force Falcons finished at 12-14 on the year. Air Force combined for a 41-22 record in doubles competition, closing out the season on a nine-match win streak as a team in doubles play. Riding a wave of momentum in the late stages of the season, the Falcons won two of their final three regular season matches and scored a pair of wins in the Mountain West Championship, shutting out New Mexico and earning a 4-1 victory over two-seed Nevada, logging the program’s highest-seeded postseason win since 2017. Prior to the start of her coaching career, Gartner was one of Florida's top junior tennis players. She won Florida's prestigious Big Hitter's Sectional without dropping a set, following in the footsteps of past winners such as Lauren Embree, Danielle Collins, and Katarina Stewart. During high school, Kinga was a two-time 5-star recruit and Blue Chip recruit, finishing with a national ranking of
