Gwitt was named the fifth head coach in Miami history on Feb. 5, 2024, and has already delivered major on-court gains, improved program innovation and elevated community engagement. In his first year guiding the RedHawks, Gwitt led Miami to a 60% increase in wins while driving significant program enhancements. In Miami’s second season under his direction, the program completed a new state-of-the-art locker room and lounge, purchased a custom Taraflex training and match floor and embarked on an international training trip to Italy and Greece. The 2025 season marked a breakthrough for the program, as Miami set a program attendance record and won 220% more matches than the season before the current staff arrived. Amanda Chamberlain enters her second season with the RedHawks heading into the 2025 season. Chamberlain most recently served as a coach at Martin High School and Texas Advantage Volleyball Club. While with Martin High School (Arlington, Texas), Chamberlain worked as both a coach and teacher from 2022-2024, helping plan and assess student learning. She assisted the MHS volleyball head coach in planning and conducting practices, providing individualized instruction and analyzing game footage to identify areas of improvement. Chamberlain has also served as a head coach with Texas Advantage Volleyball Club since November 2023, where she was responsible to lead all aspects of the volleyball program. Chamberlain supervised player development, practice planning, game strategy, scouting and team travel. During two prior stints with NorthPoint Volleyball Club (2014-18 and 2021-2023), Chamberlain oversaw an array of duties in her roles as head coach and assistant club director. She collaborated with the club director to develop, implement and communicate club policies, programs and initiatives. Chamberlain played an important role in the recruitment, evaluation and selection of players for various club levels, directing volleyball clinics and tryouts. She also helped supervise camps and club finances. Chamberlain attended the University of North Texas, where she competed as a four-year member of the volleyball team from 2014-2017 and produced 1,036 kills. Chamberlain led the Mean Green

Haley Davidson enters her second season as an assistant coach in 2025. Davidson most recently acted as a volunteer assistant for the men's volleyball team at her alma mater, Belmont Abbey College. During the 2024 season, Belmont Abbey won the regular season and tournament Conference Carolina Championships, allowing them to participate in the NCAA men's volleyball tournament in Long Beach, California. Davidson's assistance in running practices, organizing meals and trips and making in-game adjustments to defense helped the Crusaders reach these goals. Davidson also has experience coaching at the club level at B-town VBC and Carolina Juniors Volleyball, working on multiple teams at different ages and levels. In her college career at the Abbey, Davidson was a two-year women's volleyball team captain. She was a four-year academic all-conference recipient and received a team impact award for her junior season as a Crusader. Davidson also led her campus community as the Vice President of SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee), where she was a part of raising over 10,000 dollars for the Make-A-Wish organization. Conference Carolina and the NCAA also recognized her SAAC program as one of the country's top SAAC programs. Davidson graduated from Belmont Abbey College in the spring of 2024 with a Sport Management major and a Psychology minor.

Kristina Fultz begins her second season as an assistant coach with the Miami volleyball program. Fultz previously spent two seasons as the head coach of Baldwin Wallace University. While serving as the head coach of Baldwin Wallace, Fultz led the Yellow Jackets to a 25-24 overall record and a 9-9 record in the Ohio Athletic Conference. Her student-athletes received a total of five All-OAC awards in two seasons, including a first-team All-OAC nod in 2023 and a Libero of the Year recognition in 2022. They also compiled 16 Academic All-OAC Accolades and six College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District awards over 2022 and 2023. While with Navy, Fultz served as an assistant coach under Paco Labrador. In her first season in Annapolis, she helped the team to a 23-9 mark. Navy won the Patriot League Tournament and advanced to the NCAA Tournament that fall for the first time in program history. Fultz previously served as a graduate assistant at Muskingum University. During that period of time, she assisted the Fighting Muskies to a 35-20 record in two seasons. Fultz attended Wittenberg University, where she was a four-year member of the volleyball team from 2012-2015 under Coach Labrador. In 2014, she was an NCAA All-Regional Tournament team honoree, and in 2015, she was named to the North Coast Athletic Conference All-Tournament team.
