Ryan Gilles joined Wisconsin Athletics in 2022 as a Sports Operations Coordinator. Gilles works with the Badgers' men's golf, men's soccer and softball programs. Gilles previously worked as the Director of Softball Operations at Iowa State. Prior to his tenure with the Cyclones, he served as the Director of Baseball Operations for two seasons at Belmont University and worked in the Guest Services and Marketing offices for the Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans. A former prep softball and women's basketball coach, Gilles graduated from UW-La Crosse and earned a Master's degree from Belmont.
