Aaron Sternecker joined the Baylor women's basketball program in June of 2021 as the director of video operations. In July 2023, Sternecker was promoted to assistant coach. Among the shared scouting and player development tasks, he handles the offensive analytics for the Baylor squad and assists in the recruiting efforts. Sternecker arrived at Baylor after serving three years as the Video Coordinator at Clemson. There he was the director of scouting, he evaluated potential transfers, provided analytics and created content for recruiting. Prior to his stint with the Tigers, he spent two seasons as the Director of Basketball Operations at Tennessee Tech from 2016-2018. He managed the program budget, coordinated team travel, supervised the managers, assisted with on-campus recruiting and broke down film of practices and games. His career started at the University of Florida where he served as a Video Assistant from 2014-2016.

Richard Harris' single season at Gulf Coast State College was a one for the record books, as the Commodores earned a No. 1 ranking with a 16-game winning streak that led to a 25-win season. GCSC's historic run ended in the second round of the NJCAA Tournament. As a player, Richard Harris played in 116 games at LSU, shooting 33.7% beyond the arc across her four-year career. Off the court, she served as the Co-Chair of the SEC Women's Basketball Leadership Council in the 2019-20 season.

In Harris' four years at the helm in Auburn, the Tigers compiled 58 victories with a 20-win season in 2023-24 that held the first NCAA Tournament berth for the squad in five years. Prior to her first head coaching gig, Harris spent nine seasons as associate head coach under Vic Shaefer at Mississippi State and the University of Texas, assisting the Longhorns to the Elite Eight in 2021 and Mississippi State to the NCAA title game in back-to-back 2017 and 2018 seasons. In those nine seasons, Mississippi State notched a 221-62 record with three SEC titles and Texas was 29-7 with a Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship trophy.

Dumar's first CUSA stop at North Texas featured work with another conference first-teamer, Quincy Noble. Returning to West Texas A&M for the 2018-19 slate, Dumars assisted his alma mater to an Elite Eight appearance in the NCAA DII Tournament after a 34-4 record that held both the

He helped Sarah Andrews become a second-team All-Big 12 performer in her starting role after coming in sparingly off the bench the season prior and helped her elevate to a first-team selection in 2023. In addition to working with the guards, Greene served as the defensive coordinator for a Baylor team that led the conference in field-goal percentage defense in year one on staff and helped the Bears hold their opponents to just 29.8% from range in year two. The Bears' Bella Fontleroy got a Big 12 All-Defensive Team honor following the 2024-25 slate, paired with Darianna Littlepage-Buggs' WBCA All-America Honorable Mention season that averaged 13.8 points and 10.0 rebounds per game.
