Head Coach
Lyndsey Boswell was hired in 2009 as High Point University's first women's lacrosse head coach and has been the architect of the Panthers' swift rise to a championship-winning league power. Under Boswell's tutelage, the Panthers have compiled a 176-94 (.652) record, including a 80-9 mark (.899) in Big South regular-season play and 19-6 (.760) in tournament play. Boswell has been named the conference coach of the year seven times in her career (2014, 2016-18, 2021-22, 2024), including six out of the last nine seasons in the Big South. Boswell has led the Panthers to 13 conference championships and five straight in the program's first 11 seasons (2011-14, 2017-19, 2021-22) and guided HPU to six NCAA Tournament appearances in 2013, 2014, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2021. Assistant Coach
A three-time All-American defender at the University of Florida, Davidson comes to High Point following three collegiate coaching stops: Drexel University (2017-2018), Arizona State University (2018-2019), and Virginia Commonwealth University (2019-2021). Since then, Davidson has been coaching travel teams for Lotus Lacrosse Club/Team 91 Virginia and clinics where she has primarily focused on developing the defenders and goalies. A four-year starter at Florida, Davidson graduated as the program's all-time leader in ground balls (152) and caused turnovers (87). She started all 82 games of her four-year career, the second most in school history. The Gators compiled a 68-14 record during her time in Gainesville. She was a two-time Tewaaraton Award Nominee (2016, 2017) and a three-time IWLCA All-American honoree. Davidson graduated from the University of Florida in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in the School of Telecommunications.

Director of Operations
Darla Bixler joined the High Point University women's lacrosse staff as the Director of Operations in 2026. The HPU alumna served as an assistant coach from 2019-2023 and now re-joins the staff in a new role. From 2023 to 2024, Bixler served as the Recruiting Director for Ultimate Lacrosse Carolina and Charlotte. As the Recruiting Director, Bixler guided players and families through the college recruitment process. Bixler — formerly known as Darla Poulin during her days in Purple & White — scored 93 goals and assisted on 40 goals in 52 games for the Panthers from 2015-18. She tallied 55 goals and 24 assists in the 2017 season and helped lead High Point to its first-ever NCAA Tournament victory against Towson. In 2017, she was named the HPU Athletic Department's Breakthrough Athlete of the Year. As a player and coach, she's helped the Panthers win nine Big South Conference Championships.

Associate Head Coach
High Point University Women's Lacrosse Head Coach Lyndsey Boswell announced the hiring of Hannah Wszalek as the Panthers' newest assistant coach on May 31, 2023.
