Wolfpack women’s basketball alumna Ashley Williams (Class of 2017) made her return to Raleigh as an assistant coach on NC State’s staff prior to the start of the 2022-23 season and is approaching her fourth season ahead of 2025-26. Williams joined the Wolfpack staff after spending the 2020-21 and 2021-22 seasons as an assistant coach at Indiana, which is where she also completed a two-year graduate manager stint (2017-19) immediately following her graduation from NC State. Tasked with a vital role of leading a star-studded group of NC State guards, the Pack had one of the best backcourts in the country in 2024-25. Three members of the backcourt made the All-ACC First Team with Aziaha James and Saniya Rivers becoming second-time selections and Zoe Brooks a first-time choice. NC State earned its sixth Sweet 16 appearance in the past seven tournaments, as well as a share of the ACC Regular Season Championship. Athletic Trainer
Brittany K. Blunt MS, LAT, ATC, CES Blunt joined the North Carolina State Sports Medicine Staff in August 2020 and oversees the medical care for the Wolfpack Women’s Basketball program. Originally from Texas, Blunt’s educational endeavors started in Louisiana where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2014. While at UL, she competed as a collegiate student-athlete for the Track and Field team. She returned home to Arlington, Texas to obtain a Master’s Science in Athletic Training at the University of Texas- Arlington in 2016. Prior to joining the Wolfpack, Blunt became an athletic trainer at the University of Kansas for the Women’s Swimming and Diving team in 2016. Blunt went on to spend two seasons in Wichita, Kansas working as the primary athletic trainer for the Women’s Basketball team and Cheerleading squad at Wichita State University. Her role included additional duties such as Insurance Coordinator, Concussion Management, Supervision of Softball/Cheer Graduate Assistant, and American Heart Association CPR Instructor. In addition, she was selected to serve as a committee member of the American Athletic Conference Racial and Equality Action Group and WSU Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Associate Director of Strength & Conditioning
Felipe Lopes joined the Wolfpack Strength Staff in May of 2017 and was promoted to Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning in November 2020. His primary responsibilities include the performance program design and implementation for women’s basketball, track sprints & jumps and gymnastics. Felipe also coordinates the Strength and Conditioning Internship for the Olympic Sports Department. Prior to joining the Wolfpack, Lopes was a Strength and Conditioning Assistant/Intern at the University of Florida from January 2016 to May 2017. He designed the performance programs for the Gator gymnastics and cheer teams and assisted with the program implementation for women’s soccer, women’s lacrosse, swim & dive, track & field and volleyball. Felipe earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Education from the University of Florida and a Master’s of Science degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida in December 2017. He currently holds the CSCS certification from the NSCA, the FRCms, FRA and Kinstretch from Functional Anatomy Seminars, and the Level II certification from USA Weightlifting. Felipe enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hiking and fly fishing. He is married to Clara Engelmann, and together they are raising Ella, Leonardo and the best dachshund ever, Samson.

Jenny Womack, Associate Director, joined ASPSA in the Fall of 2012. In her current role, she is the Academic Coordinator for Baseball and Women’s Basketball. She is also the Summer Start Liaison for ASPSA and the Athletic Department, as well as the facilitator for the ASPSA intern program. Originally from Long Island, NY, Jenny attended NC State where she graduated in 2002 with her B.S. in Middle Grades Education, and later in 2011 obtained her M.Ed. in Counselor Education. Outside ASPSA, Jenny also serves on the N4A Board of Directors as the First Vice President. Prior to joining the ASPSA team, Jenny taught in Wake County Public Schools for eight years. Jenny then transitioned to athletic academic support in 2010 as a graduate intern within ASPSA. Following her internship, Jenny worked as an Academic Coordinator at Elon University from 2011-2012. Jenny currently resides in Raleigh with her husband, Scott Womack. Outside of work, Jenny loves supporting the various Wolfpack teams when they compete, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying live music.

Coming off a memorable 2024-25 season, the Pack earned its sixth Sweet 16 berth in the past seven tournaments, and a 28-7 record, 16-2 mark in the ACC, to share the ACC Regular Season title. With injuries to the frontcourt during the season, Leatherwood was big in the production and development of Tilda Trygger, Lorena Awou and Mallory Collier. Trygger earned her way into the starting lineup and earned ACC All-Freshman Team honors and Awou improved immensely in her short amount of time playing competitive basketball. Kylie Magar joined NC State in June 2024 as the Director of Communications. In her current role, she is the primary contact for the women's basketball and women's golf programs. Before joining NC State, Magar spent two years at the University of Arkansas. While working in a full-time capacity at FAU, the Seattle native was enrolled in the well-renowned MBA Sport Management program, having graduated in August 2021.

Martika Hubbard is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in trauma work, relationships, and family dynamics. Martika graduated with her B.A. in Psychology with minors in Health Studies, Gender Studies, and Sociology from Monmouth University where she was also a division-1 soccer player. Martika then went on to earn her M.A. in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. Martika specifically chose this route and school because it provided a bio-psycho-social-spiritual lens to looking at the various mental health challenges that we face. Martika began her professional work with children, adolescents, and families in community mental health clinics. She found herself drawn mostly to the older adolescents in the transitional age groups and decided to pursue working in the college counseling center environment. Martika spent time at Coastal Carolina University working to create a relationship between the counseling center and athletics as she saw the unique need of student-athletes having been one herself. Martika is excited to work more with teams and individual student-athletes here at NCSU. In October 2016, she was promoted to the position of Executive Director of Operations. Stockdale's main focuses are the logistics of on-campus recruit visits, creating and distributing recruiting materials to potential student-athletes and communicating with and building relationships with high school coaches. Stephanie Menio joined NC State as Deputy Athletic Director in June of 2019. Menio joined the Wolfpack after spending the previous seven years at Army West Point under current NC State Athletic Director Boo Corrigan’s leadership. Prior to her arrival in Raleigh, Menio served as Senior Associate Athletic Director at Army West Point, holding the post of Senior Woman Administrator, while also leading the External Relations Department which included Marketing, Creative Services, Athletic Communications, Ticket Sales, the Aspire Group, as well as Multimedia and Broadcasting. In this role, she also had direct supervision of five sports and was a member of the Army-Navy Steering Committee to ensure the tradition and rich history of the game is incorporated in the years ahead. Menio assumed her role of Senior Associate Athletic Director in July of 2018, after spending her first six years in West Point as Assistant Athletic Director and Senior Women’s Administrator. As the Senior Woman Administrator, Menio was Army’s liaison to the Patriot League and was also accountable for the cadet-athlete and athletic department leadership programming. She headed the process to add women’s lacrosse as West Point’s 28th varsity sport.
