Equipment Coordinator

Assistant Coach
Dominic Garcia, a 2022 Oregon State alumnus, enters his second season as an assistant coach. Prior to joining Laura Berg's staff, he served as a student manager as an undergrad (2018-22) and as a volunteer assistant for the 2023 season. Under Garcia's leadership, seven Beavers logged at least 25 hits and seven with double-digit RBI totals. He's tasked with leading player development, technology and data. Quickly working his way to lead student manager after just his first season, Garcia was tasked with ensuring practices ran smoothly, supervising the other student managers, aiding the staff with drills and instruction and making sure Kelly Field was always ready to go for the next practice. As the video coordinator, he operated cameras, ensured games were filmed and uploaded them so the team could study film. Helping with the preparation, Garcia utilized Synergy to analyze the patterns of opposing student-athletes ahead of time. His help behind the scenes was instrumental in the run to the 2022 Women's College World Series.
