Sports Administration, Boston College) Paige Duca is in her third season at Missouri as an assistant coach with the cross country and track and field programs after joining the Tigers in August of 2023. She assists with team management and coaching, contributing to the development of cross country athletes at Mizzou, and serves as the meet director for all home cross country events, ensuring the smooth execution of competitions and fostering a positive environment for athletes. That role has been especially important this year as she leads the local organizing committee for the 2025 NCAA Championships that will be held at Mizzou’s Gans Creek Cross Country Course, showcasing her leadership in hosting major cross country events. Tanner Anderson Career 2015-2018 Oregon Athlete 2018-2020 Washington Athlete 2021-2023 Mercer Island High School Volunteer Coach 2023-Present Missouri Assistant Coach Anderson By The Numbers 2 – All-Americans coached at Mizzou (Kelsey Schweizer – 800m; Drew Rogers – 3000m) 2 – NCAA All-America honors earned as a student-athlete (2017, 2020) 3 – Conference titles and major accolades (MPSF 3000m Champion, 2018 All-Pac-12 XC, 2017 All-America 10,000m) 2 – Washington State High School Cross Country Championships (2013, 2014) 1 – Nike Cross Nationals individual title (2014) Tanner Anderson is in his third year at Missouri after joining the track and field and cross country program in August of 2023. Anderson serves as the Tigers' recruiting coordinator while also assisting with middle-distance and distance athletes. He also served last year as indoor meet director as Mizzou hosted five indoor meets on its new state-of-the-art indoor track at Hearnes Center. In addition to his track and field duties, Anderson has played an active role in the Tigers’ cross country program. During the 2023 season, his first year, he assisted with coaching the Tigers and worked with distance athletes who contributed to SEC and NCAA regional performances. In 2024, the men’s team placed 5th at the SEC Cross Country Championships, while the Tiger men and women finished 9th and 11th, respectively, at the NCAA Regional Championships.
