He began at USC in 2015 as a recruiting analyst, then was high school relations coordinator in 2016 and director of player development in 2017 and 2018. From 2011 to 2014, Morris was director of player development for the B2G 7-on-7 football program. He worked in the marketing department for NASCAR in 2000, then in operations and community relations for the Atlanta Braves in 2001.
