O’Reilly has been a part of multiple individual NCAA cross country appearances with the Mountaineers, along with the team’s runner up finish at the 2024 NCAA Cross Country Championships. She also works primarily with the long-distance sprinters and middle-distance runners for the track and field team. Additionally, she aided in the team’s eighth-place finish at the 2014 NCAA Cross Country Championships. In 2023, West Virginia finished in fourth place at the Big 12 Cross Country Championships as well as the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals. Sandy Cole-DeMent serves as assistant director for student-athlete development. She has previously served as an educational academic counselor for the WVU student-athletes since 1990. She graduated Phi Kappa Phi in health and physical education from WVU in 1989, and received a master's in education administration in 1990. She is working toward a doctorate in counseling and sport behavior. While a graduate assistant, she worked with the university academic services department. Cole-DeMent is a member of the National Association of Academic Advisors for Athletics, and received the 2000 Curbstone Quarterback Award from the Morgantown Touchdown Club. A native of Morgantown and an avid Mountaineer fan, the St. Francis High graduate and her husband, Rex, live in Star City.

Her duties include designing and administering training plans for the horizontal and vertical jump groups, as well as assisting with meet management for all home track meets. Under her tutelage, she has coached a USA Junior Trials qualifier, several NCAA Regional qualifiers in the high jump and NCAA Championship qualifiers in the triple jump. In 2023, Gallimore led Olivia Cress to an All-Big 12 performance in the high jump and helped lift the Mountaineers to 17th in the Program of the Year Award rankings. Cress notched a height of 1.67 meters and earned sixth. Gallimore’s 2022 track and field season was highlighted during indoor track and field when Peter-Gay McKenzie placed 10th (5.92m) in the Big 12 Championship long jump competition. She also helped Abigale Mullings to a pair of first place finishes throughout the indoor season. Under Gallimore’s guidance, Mullings placed ninth in the high jump competition at the 2022 Big 12 Championship with a height of 1.72 meters. In 2021
